The ROCK 360 works on most in-home or gym surfaces such as carpet, hardwood, linoleum, rubber gym floors, etc. The smoother the surface the less friction there will be. Smooth clean surfaces with the least amount of dirt or dust are best for the functionality of the product long term. We suggest not using them on any rough surfaces such as a sidewalk, hard concrete or any floor type where the ball can be damaged.
There is no scheduled maintenance required with the ROCK 360. Occasionally, the ball bearings may get congested with dirt, carpet particles, pet hair etc. from rolling on the floor. If this occurs, add a small amount of water to the inside of the ball(s), place right side up with a paper towel under the ball and roll the ball around on the paper towel. Continue this until dirt/particles are removed onto the paper towel. Repeat as many times as necessary.
The suggested maximum weight limit while using ROCK 360 is 300lbs. However, rarely do you apply the full weight of your body on the ball all at once. Please use caution any time you use the product to make sure you are using the proper techniques when performing each exercise.
The phone clip fits most smartphones and attaches directly to the ROCK 360. Remove the badge by pressing up on the arrow. This will release the badge and allow you to attach the phone clip. The phone clip slides in very easily, but be careful not to pull or push too hard on the clip in order to avoid breaking it. Slide the clip up to take it off or down to put it on, never pull it straight out. We designed the phone clip to breakaway if it is pulled out. If this happens, the clip can be easily put back together. We do not offer a warranty at this time for the phone clips but new ones can be purchased for $5.
Unfortunately, the ROCK 360 phone clip does not fit the iPhone Plus, Pixel XL, or Samsung Galaxy Note. We are working on a phone clip to accommodate all phone sizes. We apologize for this inconvenience.
